About the Founder

Motaz Shalbak

Founder of EcoDoze | Certified Foreign Financial Broker | Financial Markets Analyst

Motaz Shalbak founded EcoDoze, drawing on more than ten years of professional experience across banking, foreign exchange, financial services, and financial-market brokerage.

He has extensive experience in business development and has worked as an Account and Client Relations Manager, focusing on client acquisition and retention, managing relationships with introducing brokers, and providing training and education on financial markets and trading platforms. These responsibilities do not include making buy or sell decisions on behalf of clients.

His career has included working with individuals and companies across Jordan, the Middle East, and North Africa, while coordinating with compliance, risk management, payments, customer service, and marketing teams to deliver a professional experience aligned with regulatory requirements and client needs.

During his banking career, he also managed a portfolio of key corporate accounts valued at more than US$15 million, helping build long-term professional relationships and provide banking solutions aligned with clients’ operational and financial requirements.

Entrepreneurial and Commercial Experience

Motaz’s entrepreneurial journey began in 2014 with the launch of 962 Tie, an online brand that achieved success in e-commerce.

Although the venture was outside the financial sector, it provided valuable hands-on experience in brand building, marketing, operations management, understanding customer behavior, and turning ideas into scalable businesses. This experience helped shape a perspective that combines financial knowledge, commercial expertise, and the ability to connect with audiences.

Professional Qualifications and Certifications

Motaz holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Applied Science University and has completed several specialized professional examinations and certifications.
